Hey there — I’m Luke Lintott, a bestselling author, wellness educator, and intuitive lifestyle consultant currently living in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Since February 2025, I’ve been traveling across Southeast Asia while continuing to lead global clients toward radical healing, joy, and full-body transformation.

Before moving abroad, I built my business in San Diego, CA, where I founded Fitergy Wellness in 2019 and worked with individuals, groups, and corporations on long-term lifestyle change. Over the years, I’ve led/co-led transformational retreats in Mexico, San Diego, and Italy, and this February marks our second annual SoulFit Summit Thailand Retreat — a powerful, intimate experience I cannot wait to share with you.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and certifications in both yoga and personal training. I’ve collaborated with leading wellness brands like Lululemon, Vuori, and most recently Lotus & Luna, a socially responsible fashion company based right here in Chiang Mai.

But what truly qualifies me isn’t just my credentials — it’s my story. Years ago, I hit rock bottom. Lost my job. Lost love. Lost myself. It was through yoga, community, and deep inner work that I came home to my body, my purpose, and my joy.

Today, I help others do the same — whether they’re healing, evolving, or ready to build the life they’ve been dreaming about. I’ve coached clients for years, and many continue working with me through multiple seasons of their journey.
